StoneSnap Data Deletion Instructions

StoneSnap users can request deletion of personal data associated with the StoneSnap app by contacting us at support@stonesnapai.com.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your StoneSnap data, email support@stonesnapai.com with the subject line "DELETE MY STONESNAP DATA".
In your message, include:
- The email address associated with your StoneSnap account, if any.
- The approximate date you first used StoneSnap.
- A short description of the data you want deleted, such as account data, support messages, scan history, saved collection entries, uploaded photos, or app usage data.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and process the request. Verification information will be used only to evaluate, verify, and respond to your request.
What May Be Deleted
Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your request. This may include account-related data, support messages, uploaded content, scan history, saved collection entries, and certain app usage records.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, backup, or compliance purposes. Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may also be retained where it no longer identifies you.
Third-Party Data
StoneSnap uses service providers for app functionality, analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, subscriptions, crash reporting, hosting, and AI-assisted identification. When we process a verified deletion request, we will handle data under our control as described in the StoneSnap Privacy Policy.
Privacy requests about data that third-party platforms collect through their own systems, such as Apple, Meta, AppsFlyer, or other providers, may need to be submitted directly to those providers.
